Per employee, per month. Quoted against your actual headcount.
We do not publish a price list, because the honest answer depends on how many people you have and what you need switched on. Tell us those two things and you get a number back — usually the same day.
What the price includes

What it does not include
Listed here rather than discovered later.
- Payroll processing — deliberately not built yet; you export to Excel and run it as you do now
- Biometric device integration — on the roadmap, not shipped
- A native mobile app — the web app works on a phone browser today
- GPS clock-in and geofencing — database is ready, feature is not switched on
How we price
Three things decide the number
No tiers designed to push you up one, and no feature held back to create a reason to upgrade.
Headcount
Active employees, counted monthly. People who have left are deactivated and not billed.
What you switch on
Most companies want all of it. Some only need attendance and the export. You pay for the shape you use.
How much setup
A single-shift office is a short setup. Four shifts, rotating rosters and a thousand-person roster is a longer one. Either way it is quoted once, not billed hourly.

About cost and commitment
Why is there no price on this page?
Because a number here would be a number for somebody else's company. Pricing is per employee per month and depends on headcount and what you need switched on. Tell us your size and we will send a figure — usually the same day, and without a negotiation dance.
Is there a free trial?
There is no self-signup trial that expires mid-month. What we do instead is set your company up properly and run it alongside your existing process for one full cycle, so you judge it on your own roster at your own month end rather than on sample data.
Do you charge per module?
No. Every module that is live is included. We do not think much of software that is sold as a platform and then charges again for the reports.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You export it. Every report has an Excel export, and on request we will produce a full dump of your company's data. Nothing is held hostage; we would rather you leave cleanly than stay reluctantly.
Do inactive employees count towards the price?
No. Somebody who has left is deactivated rather than deleted — their history stays readable — and they are not billed.
Is onboarding charged separately?
No. Setting up the company, loading the roster, configuring shifts, weekly offs, holidays and leave types is part of what you are paying for. If it is not set up correctly it will not be used, and then neither of us got anything.
What about custom work on top of AMS?
That is a separate conversation and a separate quote. AMS is built and run by the person you would be talking to, so a change specific to how you operate is something that can actually be built — but it is scoped and priced on its own rather than folded into a subscription.
