Versnq, based in India. “We” and “us” mean Versnq; “you” means the person or company using this site or the service.

You may read this site and use the contact forms for genuine enquiries. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, attempt to gain access to anything not published here, or submit forms automatically.

The content here describes our software as it stands on the date shown. We work to keep it accurate — the roadmap deliberately lists what is not built — but the site is not a warranty, and a specific commitment only becomes one when it is in a signed agreement.

There is no public signup. A company account is created by us; employee accounts are created by that company's administrator. Accounts are personal: credentials should not be shared, and an administrator is responsible for the accounts they create.

If you believe an account has been compromised, tell us immediately. Changing a password signs out every other session for that user, which is usually the first thing to do.

Data a client puts into AMS remains that client's property. We hold and process it to provide the service, and for no other purpose. We do not use client data to train models, to build products, or to produce anything we would sell to someone else.

On request, and at the end of a contract, we will produce an export of a client's data in a usable format.

The service must not be used to break the law, to hold data a client has no right to hold, or to attempt to reach another client's data. We may suspend an account that is being used this way, and we will say why.

We aim for the service to be available whenever our clients are working, and we run it accordingly. We do not promise uninterrupted availability on this page; where a client needs a specific service level, that is agreed and written into their contract.

Planned maintenance that will interrupt the service is announced in advance. Unplanned interruption is communicated as it happens, not afterwards.

AMS does not calculate or pay salaries. It produces attendance and leave records and exports them. A client's payroll decisions, statutory filings and compliance obligations remain theirs, and the accuracy of a payroll run based on our export is a matter for whoever runs it.

Where a client's own administrators enter, correct or approve data, the responsibility for that data is theirs. We record who did what and when, which is the part we can guarantee.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Subject to that, our liability in connection with the service is limited as set out in the signed agreement with each client. For visitors to this website who are not clients, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of information published here.

A client may end their contract in the way that contract provides. We will produce a full export of their data on request. We do not withhold data to make leaving difficult; we would rather a company left cleanly than stayed because they could not.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
